640x512 SWIR TEC Cooled Camera Module
The small-size TEC-cooled short-wave infrared (SWIR) continuous zoom camera adopts an InGaAs focal plane TEC-cooled detector, with a resolution of 640×512, a pixel pitch of 15μm, and a response wavelength range of 0.9μm-1.7μm.

It is equipped with a TEC deep cooling function, which ensures the detector operates within an appropriate temperature range and further reduces readout noise.
The entire device features an integrated and modular design, and is configured with a 16-80mm continuous zoom lens that enables clear imaging throughout the entire zoom range.
It offers a variety of video output interfaces, supporting CameraLink, SDI, GigE, and other formats, facilitating easy integration by customers.
