1280x1024 SWIR TEC Cooled Sensor
The large-area array TEC-cooled short-wave infrared core utilizes an InGaAs focal plane TEC-cooled detector, with a resolution of 1280x1024 and a pixel pitch of 15μm. Its response waveband ranges from 0.9μm to 1.7μm.Equipped with TEC deep cooling function, it ensures the detector operates within an appropriate temperature range, further reducing readout noise.
The entire unit adopts an integrated and modular design, featuring high sensitivity, small size, light weight, and low power consumption.
It comes with rich video output interfaces, supporting multiple formats such as CameraLink, SDI, and GigE, which facilitates easy integration and use.
